Dear friends,
I have had a great time these past two weeks teaching fiddling, orchestra, and music theory at the Charleston County Strings Program. The students have come such a long way in a short amount of time! I am looking forward to one more week of fun, then it's off to Los Angeles in July for a week of teaching at the Southern California Suzuki Institute, held July 15th-19th.
My acoustic trio, Gravel Road, will also be performing at the Musical Chairs concert series in Burlington, North Carolina, on Friday, July 13th. If you're in the area, come over to the City Park with your lawn chair for a free show of great bluegrass starting at 7:00 pm. The concert will feature two of our Nashville musician friends,
Michael and Jennifer McLain. We hope to see you there!
